Cancellation Policy

Freshstart Cleaning Services values the time of our clients and cleaning professionals.

1. Cancellation Notice

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any residential or commercial cleaning appointmen

2. Late Cancellations

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

3. No‑Shows & No Access

Failure to provide access to the job site at the scheduled service time will be considered a no‑show and may result in a full service charge.

4. Post‑Construction, Post‑Remodeling & Commercial Jobs

Due to staffing and preparation requirements, post‑construction, post‑remodeling, and large commercial jobs may require 48–72 hours’ notice for cancellation or rescheduling. Deposits for these services are non‑refundable once work preparation has begun.

5. Emergency Situations

We understand emergencies may occur. Clients are encouraged to notify us as soon as possible. Each situation will be reviewed on a case‑by‑case basis.

6. Company Cancellations

If Freshstart Cleaning Services must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, the service will be rescheduled or a full refund will be issued.

Booking our services constitutes acceptance of this Cancellation Policy.
